1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GrowthzillaOS®, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

GrowthzillaOS® is an AI-powered marketing platform that provides automated content generation, lead management, advertising campaign creation, analytics, and related marketing tools for small and medium businesses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier: Limited to 10 leads. No payment required.
• Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale): Billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on the billing page.
• You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Generate spam, misleading advertising, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Exceed rate limits or abuse AI generation features.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (including ad copy, social posts, emails, lead magnets, and strategies) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of AI outputs. You retain ownership of content generated for your account.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into GrowthzillaOS®. We do not claim ownership of your business data, leads, or generated content. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

8. Intellectual Property

The GrowthzillaOS® platform, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary AI systems, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthzillaOS® and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific marketing results.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
